Registration Fees

Registration includes technical program, exhibit hall access, Tuesday lunch, Tuesday evening reception, Wednesday lunch, copy of the printed program, proceedings (digital download), and conference kit.

**Student and Life Member Registration includes technical program, Tuesday lunch, exhibit hall access (except Tuesday evening reception), and copy of the printed program, proceedings (digital download), and conference kit.

Tuesday Exhibit Hall Only Registration is only valid until 5 PM. After that, an Exhibitor Reception ticket will need to be purchased.

Exhibit Staff Registration

Each exhibiting company receives one (1) complimentary full registration. Each exhibiting company receives a variable number of exhibit staff badges, depending on your booth size. Please have the Point of Contact for your company check their email for registration instructions.

Covering the Expenses of Paper Publication

Please, read carefully the following information concerning the registration procedure that is presented in the Author Instructions, especially if you are the prospective presenter of an accepted paper or if you need to guarantee inclusion of your accepted paper in the proceedings. An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if the full-fee registration payment for one of the authors is received and correctly processed by July 1, 2023 – no exceptions.

Only IEEE Member or Non-member fees are allowed to cover the publication of an accepted paper. To qualify for member rates, the membership number must be provided in the registration form. Student registration fees cannot be used to guarantee the publication of an accepted paper. If the only author registering to cover the paper publication is a student, he has to pay the appropriate Member or Non-member fee. Members to whom the society bylaws grant special discounts (e.g., Students, Life members of the IEEE) cannot use the discounted rates to cover the publication of an accepted paper, they have to pay the Member fee.

One author registration will cover the publication expenses of only ONE accepted paper. For each additional accepted paper associated to the same registration (up to 4 papers per registration), a $50.00 USD printing contribution will be charged. In the case no registration has been received and correctly processed to cover the paper publication, the conference organizers will contact the authors before the paper is removed from the proceedings.

• No refunds after August 1, 2023
• Government personnel- if using SF182, completed registration forms must be submitted by email or faxed to the AUTOTESTCON 2023 Manager at 352-872-5545. A receipt will be provided. Please contact Jenna Yockim (jyockim@conferencecatalysts.com) with any questions about SF182 processing.
• Technical program registration is required for all Authors, Panelists, and Session Chairs.
• Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards are honored

Additional Payment Options

If you are unable to pay with a credit card and need to pay by check or bank transfer, please fill out the registration form and email it to contact Jenna Yockim (jyockim@conferencecatalysts.com) directly to register.

Payments made via Bank Transfer are non-refundable.
